EXAM is the service for supervised electronic exams. 

 

You can take an electronic exam in campus EXAM-rooms that are supervised by video and audio monitoring system.

 

Consult with your teacher about the possibility to take an electronic exam. In the EXAM-system you can only take exams that you have agreed with your teacher.  For personal exams, students are required to log in to the EXAM system beforehand to enable the teacher to assign the exam to personally.

 

Xamk has EXAM-rooms available in each campuses: Exam-room locations. 

 

Xamk students can take EXAM exams in any of the Xamk exam rooms located on the campuses ( in Mikkeli, Savonlinna, Kotka, and Kouvola) regardless of their home campus. To access the campus and the EXAM room, you will need an Xamk access tag. Please request and collect your access badge from the campus info well in advance.

 

The computers in the Exam-rooms have access to Exam-system and limited computer software and resources available.

No personal items are allowed in Exam-rooms.  Follow the rules and instructions carefully, as all suspected cases of misconduct and violations will be investigated. Any violation committed in the exam room may result in the rejection of the exam performance and further measures in accordance with Xamk’s Degree Regulations and ethical guidelines. Recordings may also be reviewed afterwards.
