Adjusting meeting settings
If you are the organizer of a Teams meeting, you can adjust the meeting settings before the meeting time to avoid challenges in meetings with multiple presenters or if you want to set participant rights.
You can access the meeting settings from the Teams meeting entry. Meeting settings can only be edited once the meeting has been created in Teams calendar. Note that you need to invite someone to the meeting to generate the online meeting link (you can send it to yourself if needed) or the meeting needs to be created for a team.
To access the meeting settings, double-click the Teams calendar entry. Open the Details tab. Click the three-dot menu at the top and select Meeting Options. Below is a picture of the meeting settings view. Once you have edited the settings to your liking, click the Save button at the bottom.
You can also access the meeting options from the Meeting options link at the end of the Outlook meeting entry.
