VIDEO AND AUDIO SETTINGS IN TEAMS MEETINGS
Full participation in real-time online meetings requires not only headphones or speakers, but also a microphone and possibly a video camera. Before joining a meeting, check the functionality of your devices in the meeting start view. In the view, you can select the correct devices, turn on or off video and microphone, and set background settings. It is recommended to only keep the video and microphone on during your own presentation. You can also change camera or microphone settings during the online meeting from the device settings.

In case of technical issues, Xinfo can help. Send a support request to Xinfo Helpdesk (https://xinfo.xamk.fi/). It is often possible to join Teams meetings before the scheduled time, and it is recommended to test joining the meeting beforehand to resolve any issues in advance.
