Teams

Microsoft Teams is a web-based platform for group work and collaboration, where real-time online teaching sessions and group work can be organized.

There are various tools available in online meetings, such as:

  • audio and video conversations
  • sharing files and computer screens
  • text-based chat
  • breakout rooms for small group work.

Teams can be used with a desktop application, web browser, or mobile app. It is recommended to use the Teams app.

We strongly recommend completing the Teams self-study course in the Open-Learn learning environment before using Teams for study or teaching. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you can download in PDF format.
