Sign in using a private browser window

If the device used for logging in has other Microsoft accounts enabled (e.g. a consumer Microsoft Live.com account or a Microsoft account from another organization), this may cause issues when logging in with your Xamk account if the credentials have been saved on the computer and are automatically filled in during the login process.

To resolve this issue, you can sign in to Xamk services in a private browser window (InPrivate / Incognito), where previously saved sign-in information is not used by default.
